Bryan knows that litigation and other types of legal/tax disputes are emotionally, financially, and at times, physically devastating.
Bryan and his team members pride themselves on assisting clients in resolving matters as efficiently as possible, and many of us have been through the same issues personally. Bryan and his team with will work with you and your attorney in identifying the most important issues and finding a way to resolve them in a manner that is fair to you and all concerned. Bryan is happy to meet with opposing parties, their attorneys, or advisors (when feasible and agreed to) to facilitate the flow of information and the settlement process in general. Bryan and his team can advise you as to possible outcomes for your matter based on prior experience.
Not every matter can be resolved through the settlement/negotiation/collaborative processes, and when those avenues are not available, Bryan, as supported by his team, is experienced as a testifying expert and will assist you and your attorney in bringing the matter to adjudication by a Court or Arbitration Panel. Bryan and his team do not “upcharge” for courtroom or testimony time and make every effort to keep the process as affordable as possible.
