- If you are involved in a litigated matter, you or your attorney may contact Bryan on your behalf and discuss your case.
- If it is determined that Bryan and his team can be of assistance and has no conflict of interest, the client signs an engagement letter that outlines the terms and conditions of the engagement, with an appropriate retainer fee paid at that time.

Bryan’s office is generally open from 2 pm to 5 pm Monday-Friday or by appointment. Please Note: If you send mail via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Express mail, please use “No signature required” as the signature option or delivery may be delayed or the package returned to you. Bryan’s office has a mail slot to drop small items through. If you send an item certified mail, Bryan’s receipt of it may be delayed due to the limited office hours. Bryan spends quite a bit of time in meetings, court time, etc. which limits his hours in the office.
Our office is located at 1813 Ashland, Fort Worth TX 76107, by appointment only.
